Rich Englhard

Rich Englhard is the founder and CEO at Englhard Consulting. Starting his career in Sales at CDW in Chicago, Rich held various roles in Sales, Sales Engineering, and Product Marketing before becoming a solo admin as a Sales Operations Manager at a software startup. Learning Salesforce changed his career trajectory and Rich started as a consultant in 2015, growing into a director of consulting, before starting his own company.  Rich has worked with clients large and small helping them improve their processes and scale using the Salesforce platform.  Rich is 20x Salesforce certified, has spoken at various events including Dreamforce and various Dreamin’ events, and is the Salesforce Admin User Group co-leader for Jacksonville, FL.  When he’s not helping companies scale with Salesforce, Rich enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
