With over 20 years in engineering and solutions architecture, Rajesh advocates strongly for native Salesforce apps, having seen too many organizations struggle with integration failures, data security risks, and the hidden costs of non-native tools. He is passionate about helping organizations capture better feedback, automate action, and drive real outcomes — all inside Salesforce.
