Patrick McNeal As part of the Medical School’s Information Systems Group, Patrick manages a team focused on using Salesforce to improve business processes, with a focus on finding administrative efficiencies. He also co-leads Harvard’s Salesforce User Group. Previously, Patrick worked at MIT (2008-2019) and the University of Michigan (2000-2008).
