Terri Sinclair, PCC, CCMP, SCM, is a Human-Centered Change consultant and Sr. Change Management Consultant at Coastal®, where she helps organizations move Salesforce and AI initiatives from “went live” to “actually adopted.” She spends her days translating change management theory into the language of the people who have to live with the change — administrators, technicians, and frontline users — so that new technology feels like support instead of surveillance. She co-leads the Change Management Trailblazer Group and is passionate about helping Salesforce users go from disruption to direction.
