Suzanne Wakefield Suzanne Wakefield is Assistant Director of Advancement at The Second Step, a non-profit based in Newton, MA serving survivors of domestic violence. Suzanne is passionate about fundraising to support those in need. As a member of this small Advancement team for over 6 years, Suzanne has experience in all aspects of fundraising. Suzanne enjoys building relationships to connect the community with the mission and finding innovative ways to use technology to support this work. Early in her career, Suzanne worked in human services. She received a BA in Sociology from Fairfield University and an MSW from the University of Chicago.
