Makeda Keegan Makeda Keegan is a Business Analyst in the Office of Strategic Enrollment Initiatives at Northeastern University. She has been responsible for enterprise-level technical services that include business analysis, project management, strategic planning for Salesforce technologies, digital signage, mobile application services, and social media. Makeda leads the Northeast Regional Salesforce Higher Education User Group and is a member of the Salesforce.org Higher Education Advisory Council.
