Jennifer Lee is a Lead Admin Evangelist at Salesforce and the host of Automate with Agentforce, Automate This! and How I Solved It. Prior to joining Salesforce, Jen was a Salesforce customer for 10 years, a Salesforce MVP (2016-2021), a blogger (Jenwlee.com), a founding co-host of Automation Hour, and known by the community as the “Flow Queen.” She has spoken at multiple community Dreamin’ events, user groups as well as Salesforce World Tours, TDX and Dreamforce. Jen is passionate about automation and about admins.
