The Largest church in Maine, with attendance of over 2500 weekly, and a community of over 5000, could not meet in person due to COVID restrictions on gatherings during 2020. Many in the community were uncertain about their future, and worried while going through this unprecedented time. This organization needed to leverage a way to reach out to each member with a personal phone call, and document the completion of these calls, connecting people with needed resources during the call. See how we used Salesforce to bring a team of 40 staff members together with NO Salesforce experience to meet this need using Salesforce, and the tools that made this happen.
