Bring your laptop, a fresh playground and join this hands-on session to learn how to go with the flow! This session will feature real-world use cases that we will build together while teaching you about the various types of flows and all of the different elements that come together to make automation magic happen! We’ll start with a basic overview of subflows and a very common “Utility” subflow use case for Admins: Error Handling. Our second use case will feature Record-Triggered flows where we will standardize Opportunity names and keep them updated as information changes. Next, we’ll leverage Record-Triggered flows (instead of Process Builder) to send multiple email alerts when an Opportunity is Closed Won. Our next use case is inspired by 90’s Boy Bands when we build a flow to keep Contact Addresses “N’Sync” whenever an Account’s billing address gets changed. Finally, we’ll have some fun saying “Happy Birthday” to the Contact of your choice by creating a Schedule-Triggered Flow that automatically sends an email on their birthday each year. By the end of the session you’ll be feeling ready to go with the Flow!
