Join us for this hands-on session introducing Salesforce Reports! We’ll start with an overview of the Reports Tab and how you can use Folders to organize your work. From there we’ll do a detailed review of the Report Builder and then solve business challenges with each of the four kinds of Report formats in Salesforce: Tabular, Summary, Matrix and Joined. We’ll also discuss examples of Report Types, Filters, Formulas, Charts, Conditional Formatting and Report permissions!
