OVERVIEW
Amanda is responsible for the successful development and implementation of various business processes at Wolf & Company. She uses strong critical thinking and analysis to design and deliver process improvements that support client retention and business development. Because of Amanda’s involvement, Wolf’s professional staff has a better understanding of the true value of clients to the Firm. Additionally, her work related to business development has provided insight into the success of marketing and sales efforts.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Amanda’s expertise includes database structure design and selection, project management, and data analytics. Having spent years in the administrative function at Wolf, Amanda is routinely called upon by professional staff members for her perspective and problem solving. She currently serves on the internal task force that is charged with evaluating and selecting the systems required to manage business processes throughout the Firm. An accomplished relationship builder, Amanda provides regular employee trainings on procedures and process improvement.
