Before Year Up, Michelle spent over 12 years at Mattress Firm, where she was not just close to the action, she was right in the middle of it. As a National Product Manager, she played an integral role in bringing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Podium web tools into the business, helped turn chat automation into more than 100,000 leads and shaped data-driven pricing and promotional strategies across thousands of stores and digital channels. Along the way, she helped connect the systems behind the scenes too, because getting the right offer to the right customer is only half the story when the product also needs to make it from a warehouse to a front door.
